So, I thought I’d give all four of my followers a little insight into my recovery brain. Today I feel fairly rubbish, so just trying to sift through and work out how I can help myself.
-Tired, only slept 5 hours because I’ve been missing my medication. Unmanageability, lack of taking responsibility…have gone to pharmacist and sorted meds out and taken today’s dose. Nothing...
